Capuz, owner of Headquarters for Hair tells us how cut and color have
advanced in hair technology.
First, cuts are softer and more feminine
with a lot more movement. It's always important to take into account the
face shape, hair texture, and ability for you to be able to work with
the haircut you are given after you leave the salon.
Second, color is safe and fun. You can
get highlights that bring out the brightness of your natural color or
lowlights which correct color in your hair. On average touch ups for
color can be done every four to six weeks but it depends on the
hairstyle. To prolong the color between touch ups, avoid deep cleansing
shampoos and use color treated shampoo or a color freshener shampoo.
