I like to wear liquid eye liner no matter what brand I buy I smears. What brand is out there that is really water proof and doesn't smear?

one of my favorite productes is the transformer by i think it is paula dorff, it transforms any eyeshadow in to a waterproof liquid eyeliner.
to also help with the smearing, i would use a shadow primer like mac prep and prime, or decrease by loreal, ad set our liner, after it is dry with a light powder. |
