I am a dark skin African American lady; what color of pantyhose do I wear with Fuschia colored pumps?

Pantyhose is not very fashionable these days. Go bare legged! Fortunately, because you are dark, you don't show veins or bruises, and no need for chemical orangey self tanner.
If your legs look ashy, put on lotion, oil, or cream before you go out. Organic coconut oil works well. And perhaps carry a small container of lotion in your bag to touch up your legs should they feel dry.
