I got a perm put in on 11-21-08 and it didn't take.. The top part is very curly and the bottom is kinda wavey in places and in others it is basicaly straight .. the hair dresser told me to come back in on Monday and she would give me another perm on the bottem part of my hair. .. Is this safe? I don't want to ruin my hair.
