I wash and condition my hair 5-5 days and perm once a month. So my first question is, is it OK to perm the hair once a month and do touch up at the 2nd week? O use gentle treatment regular even though I have course hair. Also, can wrapping the hair up in a circular motion cause breakage on the side that is being combed up? I notice that my hair is shorter and thinner on the side being pulled up every night.
