What procedures can be done for dark circles under the eyes?

A: Dark circles, if due to pigment in the skin, bleaching agents and/or skin creams can help. Also TCA (Trichloroacetic Acid), or other light peels can be a benefit. If dark circles are due to loose skin or extra fat, lower eyelid surgery can also be helpful.
