You may notice a new theme in what you read and see about Belladonna these days. We're making a statement. We're emphasizing the "Be" in Belladonna.
Why? We're all so pushed and pulled from every side each day to "do." To do more of this, that or whatever--we forget the power of simply "Be"-ing. We are each beautiful, luminous, unique individuals. We don't have to do anything to be ourselves. We only have to relax into Be-ing, and become energized and restored by the peace and power of who and what we are at our core.
Balance, restorative treatments, and nourishing the entire person--body, mind and spirit--these have always been at the heart of what Belladonna stands for. Taking the time to just be--restores our mental, physical and spiritual health and allows each of us to meet the demands of each day and give our fullest at whatever else we choose to do.
