Service Description:
There is a spacious room for selectorized machines, including Nautilus, Cybex and BodyMaster. There are also areas of cardiovascular machines both first and second floor, including treadmills, cross trainers, semi-recumbent bikes, stairmasters, Nordic trak, rowing ergometers and Life Fitness bikes. There are two rooms for free weights, two group exercise studios, one for the specific use of group cycling. The swimming pool is 4 lanes 25 yards long with the added feature of a retractable roof. A sun deck is adjacent to the pool. Each locker room has free use of day lockers, showers, whirlpool spa and sauna. There is a member lounge with TV and complimentary coffee and tea. A new chair massage room has opened adjoining the member lounge. The massage room and fitness offices complete the facility. |
