Hello My Name is Linda Cook, I am an ISSA Certified Sport Nutrition Specialist. I work out of Dolphin Fitness Centers, in Greenwood Lake, NY. I partner with an AFAA certified personal trainer where we provide an integrated program of exercise and nutrition.
I specialize in nutrition education and dietary re-education for the individual and the family. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Upsala College, East Orange, NJ, where I majored in sociology and minored in psychology. I own and operate a family child care program which is nationally accredited by the NAFCC. I have participated in the federal food program and atend pediatric nutrition workshops and developmental workshops.
I am also an approved mentor for the NAFCC accreditation process and I am FA and CPR certified for adult, infant and child.
