Infection control is a priority at Sunflower Dental Care. Dr. Beckett has lectured on infection control to dentists and their teams throughout the Midwest. He wrote an infection control manual which was purchased by many dentists to ensure their offices were OSHA compliant. In 1990 the Harry M. Klenda Award for Outstanding Council Service was presented to Dr. Beckett for his efforts and service to the Committee of Infectious Diseases.
