Ellen has been a well sought after ACE certified fitness instructor, Teacher- trainer and Group Fitness Director for almost 20 years.
Ellen completed an Anusara style teacher training with Molly Fox and Amy Ippoliti in 2001. She has studied extensively with Baron Baptiste, Sharon Gannon and David life of Jivamukti Yoga, Maty Ezratry and Chuck Miller, Nancy Gilgoff, Lino Miele, Ana Forrest, Beryl Bender Birch , John Friend, Kofi Buscia, and Rodney Yee, (completing a teacher training with Rodney in November 2003). |
